Private parking area with a beautiful covered walking bridge that leads you to the beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase taking you to the 2nd story covered porch areas with a wraparound walking deck. Queen size loft bed. Kitchenette area on main floor. TV/WIFI. Enjoy the two person copper tub. Under the chalet, there is the private outdoor shower; hot tub and bed swing. The Hilltop House is located less than a half mile from the Devil Anse trailhead and under 1 mile from downtown Matewan WV. This beautifully remodeled home (2023) is designed for riders that want more from where they stay, The Hilltop house has great privacy and beautiful views in addition to being packed with features both inside and out. This home is designed for a maximum of 6 guests, please do not book if you have more than 6 in your party without hosts prior approval.

Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails. Buy your official Hatfield - McCoyTrail Permits on site. (Let Peggie know you want to purchase Trail Passes when you book the studio. Two week notice required )

Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .
