Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Comfortable apartment within walking distance to the lake

The comfortably furnished vacation apartment is located in the resort of Radolfzell-Markelfingen. With 3 rooms and 2 large double beds (1.8 m), the accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 small children. The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertop invites you to cook together. A bathroom with rain shower and bathtub provides relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room with Wi-Fi and cable TV is connected to a terrace with seating. Suitable for wheelchair users.

Apartment right on Lake Constance

Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.

Cozy 1-room apartment with about 54 m², with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Lake View

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of space, great attractions. In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and the Mindelsee nature reserve, close to the Bodanrück animal and leisure park, a few minutes by car or on foot. A few minutes' walk to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance towards Konstanz or Radolfzell.

Roof room

Cozy, small, rustic attic apartment in old house with 3 floors, quiet location with garden, not far to the lake and the city, very nice view up to the mountains. Bus stop to the city, lake or train station in 50 m, good butcher, vegetables and baker in 200 m distance. If required, you can rent a bicycle or canoe. Parking is right in front of the house.

Vacation home

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
