Recently renovated 2-story detached house located in the village of Giustagnana at 345 meters above sea level, a characteristic village not far from the beaches of Versilia, about 20 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. Here you will find some relaxation and peace and for those who love nature, there are several routes to take on foot or by mountain bike in the middle of the chestnut woods. Public parking nearby 150m Restaurant in the village, there are no supermarkets.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
