We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
