Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Garden Cottage in Phinney-Ballard

Garden Cottage is my family and friends' studio rest space when they are in town. When they are not, this airy and peaceful cottage in my garden is a perfect place for you to hunker down with work or make your cozy base during your time in Seattle. The cottage is within walking or short biking distance to several recommendable restaurants, pubs, and cafes. It is also close to bus lines for an easy way to get to downtown Seattle. bonus: use of my level 2 ev charger.

No bank waterfront beach cabin with open floorplan and heated floors on a quiet, private 12 acres and a no-bank sandy beach. The cabin has three bedrooms and sleeps six, and has a spacious lawn with a stream running through it. Relax, explore the beach and sandy tideflats, enjoy a fabulous view of the Cascades, roast marshmallows over a campfire, and spot wildlife including harbor seals, otters, and bald eagles. This is a magical place for kids to play and explore!

The Trails End House is a 2 Bed 2 Bath 1950's high bank waterfront cottage. This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on local drip coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Mt Baker, the Cascades Mountain Range and Holmes Harbor frequented by Grey Whales. Walk to the Farm. Private beach access via a lush green trail. New mini split heat and AC just installed!

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Cozy Cabin w/ Incredible Beachfront Access

The perfect place to relax and unwind! Large windows show off incredible, 270 degree views of the beach, Puget Sound & Cascade Mountains. Walk off the deck to a sandy beach perfect for kids and adults alike. You’re sure to see bald eagles up close, seals swimming off the point, and, depending on the time of year, whales traveling through this area. Modern coastal vibes indoors will make you feel comfortable & relaxed.
