Farm in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the Jistebnická vrchovina Nature Park. There used to be a farm here, of which only the stables and the swallows nesting in them remain today. Around the cottage is a large natural garden, which we use partly as a utility and partly as an ornamental garden. On one side, the garden ends with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other sides it passes into an open landscape. There is a cat in the garden and in the house and a hen in the yard.

Bouda Orlí Hnízdo

The Orlí Hnízdo cabin is an experiential accommodation in the forest on a steep rock. Relatively difficult to reach. 60 min. by car from Prague, 30 min from Pilsen. Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill :) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the cottage. Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. Behind the boudou is a beautiful trek up the red hiking sign. Rodinný dům u statku

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by a pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The property has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples, and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows, and a body of water nearby. The location is good for walking, biking and relaxing. There is a small zoo nearby, a farmhouse with pets, and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. At the cottage there is a beautiful peace connected to nature. There is a beautiful view of the river from the terrace. You can spice up your pleasant moments with a barbecue. The surroundings encourage you to take a walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument I can arrange fishing permits for fishermen. For children, there is a sandpit, a swing, toys and a large space for running. Easy heating system.
