Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospital, shopping and restaruants. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and dressers. This Cabin is the perfect Up North getaway. It has been completely refinished with new rustic furniture throughout with a Queen in the master bedroom and a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom. It also has a futon in the living area for additional guests. Currently there is no water on Wixom lake
