Woodland bungalow with lots of privacy

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Beautiful private studio, with private entrance and bathroom in a thatched farmhouse is located in/near the center. From here you can make the most beautiful hiking and biking routes. Forest heath within walking distance. Space to store and recharge the bikes. In the village are all facilities, supermarket, bakery and terraces. Next to the studio there is an outdoor area with lounge chairs. Double induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea. Dogs welcome. Private enclosed outdoor space.

Our apartment with original old elements, is located in Gees in an ancient sheepfold that belongs to our farm from 1748. It is a two-person apartment with living area and kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. Through the garden doors, you have access to the private terrace. Directly from the apartment, there are plenty of hiking and cycling possibilities in the beautiful nature around Gees. A walk through the centuries-old village with its Saxon farms is also recommended.

Comfortably enjoy nature

Located between the Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmlands. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
