Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Welcome to this unique, cozy (Dec 2024) cottage located by the Dwingelderveld National Park. The architecture-built cottage (architect Nynke-Rixt Jukema), spread over 3 floors, is furnished with care and offers a unique spacious experience, indoors and outdoors! The cottage has 3 compact bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a Jotul wood stove, underfloor heating, a veranda and a terrace, providing sun, shade, comfort and privacy!

Located between the Gees Forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmland. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

Lovely, bright space with French doors facing south. Natural materials, such as clay and wood, have been used. Furthermore, there is a wood stove to heat the cottage and there is a boiler for the hot water. Everything is provided, from bedding to tea towel, from frying pan to hand blender. You can take beautiful walks from the cottage, e.g. the eight of Amen or to the Balloërveld near Rolde.

Comfortable and cozy apartment in the part of a farm from 1896. There is a private entrance, parking and terrace. In the village itself, a good restaurant, a supermarket, bike rental and a bakery are within walking distance. In the wooded area, you can hike and bike to your heart's content. The city of Assen is 10 kilometers away. Hooghalen can be reached by public transportation.
