Dit is een luxe glamping tent met een 2 persoons hemelbed en een stapelbed en is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Er is een complete keuken, geen sanitair of douche. Hiervoor dient u gebruik te maken van het nabij gelegen sanitair gebouw. In het woongedeelte is een bankje, 2 stoelen en eettafel, gaskachel. Op het terras onder de luifel staat een picknicktafel en een bank. Bedlinnen is verplicht te huren via Landgoed Börkerheide. Dekbedden zijn aanwezig. Pakket handdoeken zijn bij te huren.
