Drinking water is usually closed from about mid-November to April. Barrels will be provided, but please note that it will not be possible to use the shower. The flush toilet will be replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

Nearby you can find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpach-Teplice Rock City.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
