Lots of charm for this apartment located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated 1960s villa with private Provençal garden (olive trees, lavender). The residential area is very peaceful. Guests can take advantage of its south-facing terrace but also the shade of the trees and the freshness of the ground floor garden You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, nougat shops (our local treats).

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this unique accommodation on the ground floor of 45m2 tastefully renovated in what was, in medieval times, the cellar of a butcher shop. New bedding Jan 2023. 160 X 200 bed. Between Drôme and Ardèche, very quiet place. 20 km from the Montelimar highway. Multi-level house. So not suitable with a toddler because of the risk of falls on the various stone stairs... Private garden. Bakery 400 m away. Ethnic decor. 1 bedroom bathroom with toilet, 1 large living room with sofa bed. 1 g of kitchen. Wifi.
