Well connected to subway and metrobus lines. There's a large supermarket 2 blocks away as well. Everything you'll need from shopping to dinning or entertainment, is conveniently near as well as upscale gyms and yoga schools. The house is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of a bustling, exciting city. A perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries after work or sightseeing. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.
