Quiet green single room

It´s a small, light room with a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe with a big mirror, very quiet. And it is only for non-smokers!!! There are parking places in our street. The lake of Constance you can reach by car in about 10 minutes . The public transport: Every 30 minutes leaves a bus to the city. You share the bathroom with us, in the kitchen you can use the microwave and the heater for the water. Parts of the garden can be used, too. A cat is living with us. I rent as maximum for two weeks.

There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

Dies gilt für den öffentlichen wie den privaten Verkehr. Man benötigen zu Fuss 2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In 7min ist man mit dem PW auf der Autobahn. The room is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the train station, the lake and the city center. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

The rural, bright and cozy Stöckli (small farmhouse) offers plenty of space for a family or a group for about 6 people.+ 2 emergency beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beautiful views of the countryside. Directly on the yard. Garden with barbecue area is available. Numerous excursion destinations in the region. Self-produced meat can be sourced. Many animals live on our farm such as cows, horses and dogs. Guest boxes are available for holiday guests.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
