Large bathroom with shower, a hairdryer is available In front of the apartment door are 2 garden chairs to enjoy the sun on the lawn in front of the entrance door (shared use of the garden). The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. There are various shopping facilities here.

Quiet Eifel Escape, overlooking the valley

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
