On the ground floor, there is a large porch with shower area. All 4 bedrooms and the kitchen-living room are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The house can accommodate up to 10 people.

Liberty-style villa with historical and cultural significance, entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi, who dedicated five years of his life to decorating the property. The house is located at the foot of the Norman castle of Condojanni. The house is located near the main square. It is a flat and easy road. There is free parking in the vicinity of the house and we have a private garage (for small cars). The house is accessed via two staircases, one internal and one external, as you prefer. The house has large spaces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the village. Terrace and garden overlooking the sea (including two hammocks).
