Enjoy the feeling of doing nothing, we will open the doors of a small jewel of hospitality! It is a new detached villa in Chiavari, 2 km from the sea, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Inside we have three rooms: a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Equipped with high performance wifi (200Mbps), dishwasher, oven, microwave, two televisions, washing machine. Outside we provide a large and comfortable garden. The parking is included and property.

As you will mostly live outdoor, you will enjoy a 2000 square meters wild terraced garden with plants and flowers of the Mediterranean Bush. An outdoor lunch table, sun beds and a cozy patio between the olive trees are waiting for you.

Accogliente casa indipendente immersa nel verde, con area relax esterna. Ottimo per esplorare il Levante Ligure. A 10 minuti di auto dalle spiagge. Soggiorno con angolo cottura, scale a chiocciola per camera e bagno. 32 gradini dal livello della strada..ed eccoci nel verde! Cozy detached house (on 2 floors) set in green surroundings, with outdoor for relax. Excellent place to explore the Levante Riviera. Ten minutes drive from beaches. 32 steps from the road...and so we are in the coutryside!
