It is located on a dirt road. This studio apartment is a private space located in our pole barn. It has been newly remodeled and includes a king size bed, queen size air mattress, and a sectional sofa. Perfect location for concerts at Pine Knob, weddings, and sporting events at Seymour Lake Twp Park.

Enjoy the walkout deck, complete with outdoor furniture, just off the deck you’ll find a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. A short path into the woods leads to a charming pond. *Pets must be added to reservation.

Lapeer Luxury Lounge

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Lapeer. This is a beautiful, fully-renovated space that is now open for booking. Brand new EVERYTHING! Lots of natural light with 6 huge windows and a skylight. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite. The bedroom and bathroom are very large! The bedroom has an adjacent walk-in closet and a separate office space with desk. The living room is HUGE with a very large dining table that seats 16. There are 2 foldout couches and TV.

Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Magical Riverside Campsite

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape! Our Riverside Retreat private campsite for four, nestled in the woods by the river is the perfect setting for a magical overnight! Our hobbit inspired hut sleeps two (large enough for queen inflatable mattress) and a level site next door fits an additional two-man tent. Relax around the fire pit, sit on the boardwalk bench and listen to the river, or take a stroll around the trails on the farm and visit the gardens and animals.

Cabin 1: Horses & Hot Tubs on Perry Lake

This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

Welcome to our cabin, located on private property our cabin is built from two shipping containers, surrounded by woods and a pond. Inspired by the charm of beehive decor. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, queen-size bed in a master bedroom, twin over full size bunk bed making it ideal for families or small groups. Including living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Whether you’re looking to lay back or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, let the sound of nature soothe your soul.

Serene Island cottage on Dixie Lake

Island Living! This peaceful cottage is on an island, we will take you there by boat & drop you off, it’s a short ride. You have access to kayaks & paddle pontoon to come and go. Queen bed 1.5 baths. Full kitchen area. Decks all the way around. Watch the sunrise from the back deck & the sunset from the front deck. Bonfire wood is included as well. Parking for one vehicle. A quiet & romantic getaway for 2. Downtown Clarkston & Renaissance Festival both close to island.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try tiny living! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times-NOT!!! You can’t depend on it…Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Cozy Apartment in our Log Home.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
