The apartment is located between the city centre and the train station, in a quiet area.Convenient transportation: the train station and bus station are within walking distance, the historic centre of Venice is only a 10-minute drive away, and the bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitiser. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests have reported that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
