Closed garage and bike room, elevator, 4th floor. Linens, dish towels and towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, induction stove, range hood and small appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, fans and radiators.

Apartment ideally located and completely renovated. In the heart of the residence, Les Hameaux du Lac, you can enjoy the village 100 m away, Lac Marin 50 m away and the ocean 300 m away. It has a terrace with unobstructed views, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator and a small freezer) a shower room, two bedrooms and a mezzanine.
