Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this downtown space 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls where you can walk surrounded by greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure. The accommodation tax will be collected in cash at check-out, amounting to 3 euros/person/day for a maximum of 5 days.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Luxury apartment with a private balcony and a beautiful view, a short walk from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival, we will ask for an ID from one guest, payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the tourist tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Lifts are rare in Venice: there are about 50 steps, but they are not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

La Casa di Olga

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is located both in the centre of the village and in the centre of the Po Delta Park, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometres away (approx. 10 min). Boat trips are available in the area. The house offers 6 bicycles for excursions in the Mesola woods and in the many bicycles in the area. For more information I will be at your disposal.
