Perfect for a stopover on the Chemin de St Jacques or cyclists following the Véloscénie!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
