The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV, to a Kitchenette with an air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Carriage House on Organic Peach Farm

Located on the Scenic Fruit & Wine Byway the Carriage House is on our organic three-acre peach farm within easy biking distance to downtown Palisade, surrounding wineries & hiking trails. Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, brewery & restaurants. We're moments from many wineries & trailheads including access to The Plunge, Mt. Garfield, Palisade Rim & Riverbend Park. Begin, end or spend your day lounging in the little yard quaint for sipping wine & enjoying charcuterie.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 3 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. There is a weaving and fiber arts studio on site, and we also host 3 weeks of kids camps at the farm, so be prepared to have some activity happening here. Looking forward to hosting you:)
