Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.

The exterior of a rustic stone house is depicted, surrounded by greenery. A covered terrace with wooden furniture is visible, providing shaded seating. Stone steps lead to the entrance, and climbing vines are seen alongside the walls, enhancing the natural setting.
