We have the opportunity to provide you with something completely different that you have not seen or experienced before. Our idea was to combine traditional and modern, that is, a holiday in the countryside in modern conditions. By staying with us, you will be able to feel the charms of nature, enjoy the fresh air, the chirping of birds, the sunrise and sunset, and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Located on the Luštica peninsula, Sea Breeze has dramatic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Kotor and the twin massifs of the Orjen and Lovcen mountains. The property is nestled on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves, small stone hamlets, and fishing villages. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
