Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Burgundian house, renovated in 2024 with the charm of old stones and beams. We have 4 bedrooms with double beds and in addition 3 convertible beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. You can celebrate birthdays, Christmas or bachelor/bachelorette parties in comfort. This estate has a beautiful cellar where you can enjoy a private wine tasting. Rates on request.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Completely redesigned and renovated, our "Coeur de Pommard" gîte offers you all the modern comforts combined with the charm of a house that is more than a hundred years old, now air-conditioned and connected. Located on a quiet street in Pommard, the exposed stone walls add to the character of the Burgundian slabs. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
