Offering a perfect retreat after a long day on the beach or exploring the area. The apartment can host comfortably three guests. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a confortable dining and lounge area. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a whole series of amenities to make your stay more pleasant. “Carolina’s Nest” is an exclusive solution for your desired holidays. The house is two “steps” away from your first swimming option. You will have plenty along the city coastline. The location offers a unique opportunity to experience the Sicilian lifestyle by melting with locals in the most local of the neighbourhoods. You will find the best choices of Restaurants, bars, and shops in town within five minutes walking distance. Your landlord will welcome you at check in and he will be available on call for any question or need. We try to provide a worm but "discrete" service. We will be more than happy to help you out with crucial informations on the city, local services, and surroundings. The authentic neighborhood of Torre di Ligny plus the historic fishing port and fish market forms the backdrop to this property. The house is located at the western end, where the last isthmus of land divides the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Mediterranean. You can reach every part of the city center on foot. Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. Residence Conte Ruggero. In the middle of the old town (Centro Storico) facing the sea. Perfect apartment for 2 persons. Large bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower. There is a large living room and kitchen. Both with direct access to a large terrace facing the sea and park. From this apartment you have everything in Mazara within a few minutes of walking The whole building was renovated in 2015. We have bikes for rent. Note! 4th floor without lift. You need to use the stairs

L'appartamento,completamente ristrutturato si trova al quarto piano di una palazzina Liberty servita di ascensore . Luminosissimo ,completo di ogni comodità, ha una terrazzina,da cui si possono vedere le famose cupole di Trapani ed Erice. Situato nel centro storico,è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Mura di Tramontana e da tutti i locali, negozi e luoghi di interesse storico. A poca distanza dal porto da cui partono gli aliscafi per le Isole Egadi.
