Stylish, clean, convenient, and spacious

carefully designed in the center of Izmir and 1 minute to the historical elevator, 5 minutes to the beach and tram, 15 minutes on foot to the Konak, 10 minutes to Üçyol metro, our apartment 5. It is on the floor and you need to climb the stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you:) My tea,filter coffee,turkish coffee,nescafe and water:) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies with pleasure during your time at home In addition, the ID information of the guests who arrive according to the newly released law we need to report to the police station.

The house is heated and has WiFi internet. It is 3 minutes away from the most green Fransiz holiday village,Ömer holiday village and Notestik site. The most beautiful bays are ideal for swimming and walking. The exact address for those looking for peace of mind and fitness is very nice. Everything that appeals to the eye is very nice. You will feel at home without the need for children or alone. We look forward to seeing you. --------------- hidden gem in nature yet still central. Beach clubs ( jojo, Rei etc.) are only few minutes away.

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
