Bigger than tiny and smaller than average, we have just completed the full renovation (Summer of 2022) of this mobile home. Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
