Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a terrace and separate bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace and private garden of about 300 m2.
