Deichhaus Rysum on the North Sea

The special location of the cottage directly on the dike on the North Sea coast in a secluded location makes it unique. Surrounded by dyke and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and extensive walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. Baker and mill café (open on Saturdays from April to September) are in the village. By bike it is 20 minutes to the sea.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Welcome to the Maarweg house, which can accommodate 10 people. The house has 5 large bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a large, new fitted kitchen. The open-plan living room with a cozy fireplace creates an airy atmosphere. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide comfort (one as a whirlpool tub). The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.
