The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet), 1 large, bright living/dining room (dining table, sofa corner, parquet), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality brand appliances), laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and bathroom (with underfloor heating, spacious, floor-level shower and double vanity). The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen TVs, BlueRay surround system as well as free super fast internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000 Mbit/s) offer further comfort. The apartment is not accessible.

The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

The garden with seasonal pool and sauna is located in the neighboring house and can be used by guests. Pool is seasonal. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. It is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200 cm), TV, stereo and a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs. Minimum stay 5 nights. The apartment includes a car parking space. A Journey by car is recommended as public transport is not very well developed here.
