Cozy, bright apartment with lots of sun and a large balcony in Kommern-Süd. It is located on the second floor of a two-family house. The large garden can also be used. Ideally located for exploring the Mechernich High Wildlife Park, the Kommern Open Air Museum, the Euskirchen Thermal Baths, Satzvey Castle or the Eifel National Park. Whether hiking, biking, culture or wellness - there is something for everyone. Bonn and Cologne are also just around the corner. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Vacation rental by the forest - relax in the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The outdoor area and sauna (for a fee) are available for use. The apartment is only 4 km from the historic city center of Bad Münstereifel. Relaxation - Sports - Nature - Shopping

Whether it's a weekend trip or a vacation - you will be delighted by the countryside around Bad Münstereifel-Eschweiler and the adjacent nature reserves. There is a lot to explore and you can start numerous hiking trails directly from the apartment. The 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space. A large living-dining area with open kitchen is complemented by two bedrooms (each with a double bed). A terrace with a view and a modern bathroom complete the apartment.
