View of the Chugach Mountains is superb from the property although limited from this basement, studio apartment. Close to: Iditarod Headquarters, Lake Lucille Park (dog park)& two drive thru coffee huts. A short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close to the Menard Center which hosts many events. Host family and pets live fulltime at this residence.

The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.
