Charming Vintage Cottage Circa 1906.

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

Park in the driveway and head down the stone steps to your private apartment with double‑door entry and a peaceful wooded view. Inside, enjoy a ping pong table, games, TV, an exercise bike, a walk‑in shower, a workspace, and a quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, and complimentary coffee and snacks. We live in the main house above, so light footsteps may be heard; if you need complete quiet, this may not be the best fit.

This cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bath house on a half-acre is a quiet oasis with a fenced-in yard and ample parking! Despite the bucolic setting, you will be only minutes from downtown Raleigh, NC State University, the PNC Arena, State Farmer’s Market, Dorothea Dix Campus, and across from a public golf course. While the well-appointed kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes homemade meals a breeze, there are a number of local restaurants only a short drive away.

High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
