The house on the estate is a combination of a reconstructed old, traditional Lika house in a modern way, combining the contents of a swimming pool, a jacuzzi with an outdoor terrace and an outdoor terrace for eating, an indoor sauna, 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room.

Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway. 200 year old house, restored in a traditional style complete with modern equipment. Fully air conditioned and with free WiFi and TV with Netflix channel. The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has multiple terraces: private adjacent to the house overlooking the city and river, and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.
