The cottage suits small families and couples, with nearby attractions which cater for holiday makers or corporate guests. Available for short and long term stays, includes wifi and utilities.

Located on the Maylands Peninsula next to Lake Bungana, and a short stroll to the river, parks, cafes & golf club (with fantastic cafe/restaurant). This spacious, private, self contained, ground floor suite is centrally located <5km to the Perth CBD and a 15min drive to the airport. Bus stop within a few minutes walk. 2 pets allowed fee $15 per pet per night will be requested through Airbnb and isn’t included in the initial price. Dates either side of booking can sometimes be available.

Churchill House Subiaco

This beautiful House is located in the leafy Subiaco. This spacious home offers an expansive open plan living space which comprises most of the ground floor. The living area flows to an abundant outdoor garden, which can be shaded with an electric awning . Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and a bath and shower in the ensuite. The master bedroom has a balcony which is lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. The property is bright and modern in its design.

The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort.
