Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Hit, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Dennis BioMarkt und Bäckerrei sind fußläufig von der Unterkunft aus erreichbar. Für den schnellen Hunger gibt es auch einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Vacation in the Volcanic Eifel, Mayen is a lovely place with culture and plenty of sights to see. Experience nature, the Nürburgring and many other exciting destinations in the region. Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

The surroundings offer many attractions: Eltz Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Moselle Loop, beautiful dream trails for hiking. Ideal for mountain biking, bicycles and motorcyclists anyway. The direct highway connection of the A48 offers a fast connection to beautiful places in the area such as Cochem, Beilstein, Moselschleife, Mayen, Eifelmaare, Nürburgring, Hängeseilbrücke, Bürresheim Castle. The apartment with private entrance is accessible via a separate external staircase of 16 steps.

Our new non-smoking nostalgia nest on the second floor is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century. Anyone with a penchant for houses with soul will feel comfortable here. The villa is located 5 minutes walk from an organic bakery, where you can pick up your rolls for breakfast. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the market square with the Genovevaburg are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Beautiful, large & quiet city apartment in Mayen

3 min walk from the train station. Bush. right at the house. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 30 min drive to the legendary Nürburgring. Koblenz offers a colorful nightlife & is also less than 30 minutes away by car. (Bus & train runs directly from Mayen) The apartment is centrally located but still quiet You can expect a familiar, uncomplicated atmosphere in a detached house. The modern furnished apartment is located directly on the city wall of Mayen and in less than a 5-minute walk you can reach the historic market square. The city center with restaurants and cafes is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). An electric charging station and a supermarket are within walking distance.

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
