Located a few minutes from Evian, facing Lausanne, the accommodation has 2 single bedrooms with lake view, 1 bathroom with toilet and a large living room with a sitting area.

It's also the departure of the A walk along the quays that will take you to the beach, to the various parks and to the Dranse Delta nature reserve. Located between Évian (5min) and Thonon-les-Bains (10min). Bus line at the foot of the accommodation and free public parking.

We offer our apartment ideally located in the heart of the tourist village of Evian-les-Bains and in the heart of the historic castle of Fonbonne. Guests can enjoy its outdoor space to eat in peace, its two bedrooms, and its kitchen that opens to the living room.
