Located on the Haunsberg in Obertrum, right on the main road, this modern accommodation offers great opportunities for young and old. Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.
