These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Welcome to a new, fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed in the loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the basement. Keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all floors, which makes privacy a little limited. You come here primarily to relax and rest. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes away. The hot tub is closed when the temperature is below -15 degrees.

Sjöstugan passar både för dig/er som är på genomresa (7 minuter från E4) eller om du/ni kan stanna några dagar. Bada från brygga eller strand. Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Hyr gärna sängkläder och handdukar, tvättmaskin, vedeldad bastu eller elbilsladdning. För det mesta kan vi erbjuda frukost. Städning ingår i hyran.

Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske ( Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
