Our house is located on the island of Solta, in the bay of Split. Overlooking the small village of Maslinica, you will have a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it's the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. The prices shown are for the main house (4 bedrooms) without the studios located on the garden level. Beyond 8 people, we make the studio(s) available (rooms 5 and 6 in the room description). A large garden and a beautiful 5x8 swimming pool (access protected by a fence) will allow you to fully enjoy the place. A new space was set up in summer 2024 at the back of the house with an outdoor seating area and a new barbecue. The house has a high-performance Wi-Fi network via Starlink. Located on the heights of the village, the house is only 350 meters from the beach and the shops and restaurants of the village while remaining quiet and enjoying the sea breezes for cool nights. The island of Solta is 35 minutes from the port of Split. Split Airport is well served by regular and low-cost airlines. A guide with all the useful information and contacts is available to guests.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
