The apartment on two levels consists of two bedrooms with respective bathrooms, a living room with kitchen on the lower floor, two balconies (one per floor), a mezzanine, and a laundry room. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and has a covered parking space in the building. From the apartment you can admire a splendid view over the rooftops of Bologna, including the Asinelli Tower and San Petronio, and over the Bologna hills

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this downtown space 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls where you can walk surrounded by greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure.
