A cottage with an equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

Ideal location for family vacations between land and sea. 10 km from the nearest beaches. We run the equestrian center on site.

We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.

I offer my fisherman's cabin-style house, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with stunning 180° views of the Gulf, along the coastal trail (GR 34) in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops, restaurants, marina and thalassotherapy 5 km away. Your pets are welcome and will also enjoy a fenced 800 m² plot.
