City center studio overlooking the marina

Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are just downstairs from the building. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the entrance hall that allows us to monitor comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow.

Quiet and peaceful, ideally located close to major industrial sites in the region (DCNS, ORANO, EPR Flamanville...) and tourist sites.
