This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English.
