My place is close to the beach, restaurants, parks, train station, shops, city center. All within 10 minutes' walk. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. Located on the ground floor. The kitchen is separate from the living room, rare for a studio. Linens and towels are provided. The bed will be made on your arrival. You have access to fiber optic Wi-Fi as well as a TV connected to Netflix. Secure and private parking 200 m away, or 3 min walk.
