Recently renovated with local and eco-conscious materials, this "studio" style cottage welcomes you to the beautiful donation valley, between nature and farm animals. It has a living room on the ground floor, composed of a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find a suite room that can accommodate 4 people to sleep.

Pop studio open to the garden.

The colourful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden which you can enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are responsible for cleaning... or you can choose the cleaning package for an additional €20, to be requested when booking.

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
