The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Wir bieten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Küche, TV, Schreibtisch, Wifi in unserem Privathaus am Stadtrand an. Ideal für Kurzurlauber , jedoch ungeeignet für Schäferstündchen und Partys. Unser Haus liegt ländlich und ruhig, aber dennoch Zentrumsnah. Der HBF und die City sind ca. 10 min entfernt(zu Fuß ca.20min) A2 / A43 ca. 10min, öffentl. Verkehrsmittel im nahen Umfeld. In der Nähe sind Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs (Penny,Netto). Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

The detached apartment of 60 sqm is located in Marl-Hüls in a central but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is just 200 metres away, from where Marl-Sinsen Train Station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn Station can be reached in a few minutes with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal. A bed is located in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

Small but nice is the Schnuckelchen on the edge of the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. There is the Maler Stern with outlet. A commercial area with supermarkets and a shopping street "Brassertstraße." The highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes.
