The apartent is in the center of Ancient Town's movida, and it's composed by double entrance from seaside and from the back court, two double bedrooms, two bathroooms, main salon, large kitchen, studio, second seaview salon, huge terrace with amazing seaview. Acqua Chiara SalentoSeaLovers is a lovely little apartment a few steps from the sea below the house. A nice double bedroom, bathroom complete with shower, kitchenette with coffee table. Outside there is a lovely veranda overlooking the sea equipped with a table and chairs for eating under olive trees. Also two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella downstairs. WIFI TV (weak signal not suitable for smart working!) the phone does not work and internet is weak. LAUNDRY ROOM IN COMMON WITH APARTMENT ABOVE

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.
